To bring a distinguished piece of English history alive and share a unique dining experience with the masses!
The Concept
To rebuild and repurpose Double Decker Buses into food trucks with the distinction of upstairs seating.
Our current bus, a 1954 Bristol named George, includes a stainless steel fully operational kitchen with an upstairs dining area accessed through a rear spiral staircase. The bus is mechanically sound. A double decker bus offers immediate novelty and charm. Seating upstairs for 28, keeps events intimate. The uniqueness of George makes him a big draw and money maker.
