Bristol Lads

Current TEAM

William Phemister

William’s career began 10 years ago as a doorman for the nicest restaurant in town, becoming a Chef was his calling from a young age. Working  his way through the ranks and receiving  an Associates in Culinary Arts at Joliet Junior College, his work experience has become diverse and many of his mentors have high honors in our industry. William’s greatest strength is building relationships while also creating delicious, unpretentious meals that are craved, not pondered. Growing up in a small town taught him the importance of fresh food from ones garden and that neighbors should be treated as family. He is driven to spread these values to places where anonymity and mass production are the norm. George’54 is his 3rd role as a Chef on a Double Decker.

PLUS THE OCCASIONAL LASS

Photographer Karen Hanrahan has worked with me before, she has an artistic, intimate and very unique eye.  Her devotion to start up companies and their visual success is unsurpassed.  I appreciate her advocacy for my dream. I love the way she tells a story with the camera.
